I do not have a recovery tool, how do I go about getting one?
Was this being asked for by a piece of Promethean hardware or software, or was is this being asked for by a message from your computer or the operating system installed on it?
If the latter is the case, please reach out to the computer's manufacturer or the author of the software giving that message for assistance with any recovery operations.
If the former, what hardware or software is giving that message and what does the message state?
