ActivTable displays "no signal" and goes dark

The table was donated to a school where I work as their technician.  The table is a T-Surface; Serial number: **Removed by Promethean**.  The power button goes through the normal sequence of colors and remains white.  Nothing shows up on the table.  I've connected an external monitor via DVI-d port on the table and the monitor displays, "no dvi signal".  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

    Have you tried to display the ActivTable to an external monitor using a DVI cable?
    If so, does this show any image from the ActivTable being displayed?

    Do you see anything display on the ActivTable screen?

  • Was there ever a fix for this?  Ours has started doing that today.

    Do you have the Model Number for your table?

    Do you get a No Signal screen or is it just black?

    Have you tried to display the ActivTable to an external monitor using a DVI cable?
