Proxy Authenticaion Failed

Hi.
    I just went to use ClassFlow with ActivInspire for the first time this school year, it has always worked in the past.  I sign in from my computer, and in the left pane it says, "Proxy Authentication failed or is Missing.  Generated Tue, 26 Sep 2017 13:03:21 GMT by tss-ceproxy510-5 (Application and Content Networking System Software 5.5.13)"

Please help me. The students appear to sign in but then their names do not show up in the User Pane. Quick help would be GREATLY appreciated.

  • Let me just add that I have the latest version of the drivers and the software. I downloaded them this morning and installed them and the problem has persisted. I also installed ActivRelay. The server I'm using is: https://prod.classflow.com
