How can I manually update my ActivConnect G-Series

I'm trying to update my ActivConnect G-Series unfortunately it always says that "I have the latest version" but the firmware version that I have is 1.0.18 as I search for other version I've seen that the latest firmware version for this is 1.0.21.

I want to try to manually update it because my client needs to have the dual mirroring and account profiles to maximize the potential of ActivConnect.

    Thanks for posting.

    I've checked on this for you and it appears that last week there was an issue from upgrading from 1.0.18 to 1.0.21 however I've tested this today and this has worked correctly.

    If you still aren't able to update, ensure that your date, time and timezone are set correctly and try again.

    There isn't a manual update available for the ActivConnect G-series yet however we have raised this for our development team.
