Win 10 problem

I bought a set of AV2A-01 pods and transmitter. Managed to get them work on Win 10 but I get Registry errors when I boot up the computer.  Is this normal/usual?  I am only using the Activote system and it is not connected to anything else.

Thanks for looking.

    Hi Big_Al,

Thanks for posting on the Support Community.

This isn't something I have ever seen when using the ActiVotes and I've tested this on my own Windows 10 laptop.
What are the exact errors that you receive? Could you provide a screenshot?

    Kind regards,
    Adam

Thanks for getting back Adam.  Sorry about the delay.

Here are two screen shots of the messages I get since installing Activote.  The first says "Error accessing the system registry" and after giving it the "OK" the second message says "Unexpected error, quitting" to which I can also give the OK to.  After that everything seems to start up as normal and work as expected.

Hi and thank you for getting back.  In the end I reloaded Windows 10 and that latest Activdriver and all seems well.
