Sound is not working on my panel.

I have updated the driver and software but the sound is no longer working.
Number on panel is **Removed by Promethean Support**

    Thanks for posting on the Support Community.

    The number that you provided related to your ActivInspire software and not the ActivPanel, however we would prefer not to have the serial numbers on the Support Community for both your hardware and software as we only need the model numbers to help assist.
    Do you know the model of your ActivPanel? 

    Usually with the sound on the ActivPanel this comes from the HDMI cable, please can you ensure that your sound properties are also set to be the ActivPanel? 
    If you have anything connecting to the headphone ports on your ActivPanel, please remove this and see if this is the issue.

    If you are using a VGA cable, you will need an audio cable too for sound. Knowing the model of ActivPanel will help us to confirm where you would connect this on the ActivPanel.

    One other tests you could do is to see if sound plays from a USB pen drive on the ActivPanels built in Media player. If sound works from this, then this would indicate a PC setting or cabling fault.
