How do I log a warranty call

Hello I have a customer who bought 7 75" flat panels with active connect. They have had problems from day 1 when switching between pc and activ connect. This morning the sound had gone yet again. when you go into the sound and notification setup the media sound bar is greyed out and you cannot move it. I have update all the boards to 1.26 and still I get this issue with 2 of the boards. The only way to get the sound back it to reboot the activ connect. You might have to do this 2 or 3 times for it to come back. I would like these to be looked at and/or replaced under warranty. How do I log a can for this?
