Classflow Desktop - Login Error

Hi,

When I try to login to Classflow Desktop, I get the following error message:
"User not authorized to activate Classflow Desktop. Please contact system administrator."

I used to be able to connect. Can you help please?

  • Hello SGH,

    It looks like a few things may be happening at once in this case.

    It appears that the 90-day trial of ClassFlow desktop has ended, and it is now prompting you to either connect to Promethean Hardware or if your school uses the ClassFlow private tenant, they would need to use that.

    Depending on your school, you may not have the needed permissions to activate this software. You may have to speak to your internal IT for Admin access for reactivation.
