Problem with Screen Recording in Active Inspire

My screen recording only records the top left quartile of the screen.  I've tried to attach a short recording to show the issue.   This happened last school year and I never pursued trying to fix it.  My computer is NOT the only one that does this.  In fact, anyone on my campus who tried this process with me had this problem.

    If this is occurring on a Windows-based computer, please look to Article 1569 from our Support Site for steps to take to help the software scale properly with Higher-resolution displays.

    If this is occurring instead on a Mac, please confirm for us the version of operating system on that Mac and the resolution the computer is currently set to display.

    Thanks for posting on the Support Community.

    With regard to this issue, can you confirm what version of ActivInspire is being used under Help>About (Windows OS) or ActivInspire>About ActivInspire (Mac OS)?
    If you are using a version prior to 2.11, please can you update and see if the same issue continues?

    Please could you also confirm the screen resolution that you are using too?

  • HELP!!!  I went up to school to make sure the software is up to date.  It now is.  Our technology specialist tried several things that I have tried to get himself up to speed and check all of the things he could figure out to fix.  
    So, we have recorded and played back on various players... quicktime, windows media player, VLC media player.
    We have also tried all of the recording settings that come up on the "M" button with the recorder.
    The issue still remains the same as the original recording I left a link for in the first correspondance.

    NOW WHAT?!?!?!  I really want this resolved before this school year begins!
