Update for Connect G

The new update is causing my Connect G to freeze multiple times a day. I have to unplug the board to restart it each time. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for posting on the Support Community.

    With regard to the issue you have raised, can you confirm which USB port you are connected to on the ActivConnect G?
    If you are connecting to the one labelled USB/OTG, can you move this to the one labelled USB.
    Please let us know if this helps with the issue.

    Should you be connecting to this port already, can you confirm at what point the ActivConnect freezes and what exactly happens?
