ActiView Black Screen Issue
We're running into a very strange issue with our ActiView doc cams where our teachers who have them will be actively working on their machine and the screen will randomly turn black. It's only limited to our staff who use the ActivView's and we've had a heck of a time trying to find a solution.
All machines are running Windows 10 build 1703. We've ensured all power settings set to never sleep or turn off the display.
I'm curious if anyone else has run into this issue as well.
