I have to reinstall classflow every 3 months when my subscription runs out. Now when I install it and try to login I get an error asking to speak to the System Administrator. I've attached a snip of the error. I have been accessing my class flow charts I make for lessons online, but I like to make the charts using classflow desktop.

    Do you log in to a private ClassFlow environment at all?
    Or do you have just a standard ClassFlow Account?

    Rather than uninstalling and re-installing the software, you can just connect to a Promethean display to activate the software again, does this work when doing that?
