Can you confirm which
version of the ActivInspire software is installed on that computer?  If needed, the up-to-date version can be
downloaded from this

on Promethean Planet.

 

Does the same error
present when importing the PDF into a new, blank flipchart or when attempting
to import the same file into Inspire on a different computer or while logged in
as a different user on that computer?
