Have you checked that the devices are registered within ActivInspire or within the ActivManager?
I would recommend clearing your ActivHub and re-registering the ActiVotes.
Please could you click on your ActivManager Icon and click on ‘Control Panel’, select your ‘ActivHub’ and click on the “Clear Hub” icon.
Once this has been done, re-launch the device registration within ActivInspire and register the devices again.
