Locate the ActivManager on your computer, click on it, and choose ‘Control Panel’. If the ActivSlate is listed in the Hardware list, select it, and then click on the ‘Reset Hub’ button at the bottom of the window. Open the ActivInspire software and try to register the ActivSlate through Device Registration (Article 10386 from our Knowledge Base will advise on how to register that slate).
