During the installation of the software, was any error message displayed? If so, can you post a screenshot of the message or let us know the text of that message?
Also, is the installation file being used one that was downloaded from Promethean Planet or one obtained from some other source or location? If needed, the file to use in installing the most up-to-date version of ActivInspire is available from this page on Promethean Planet. Please ensure that the file being run is saved locally to the computer, preferably to the Desktop.
