Please contact
Technical Support for guidance on a complete, manual removal of the ActivInspire
software presently on the computer. After
that removal, we would direct you to download the up-to-date DMG containing the
updated installation packages for ActivInspire and the ActivDriver from this
page on Promethean Planet then advise us if the same or similar error
presented when opening the newly-installed software.
