Software SolutionsFlipchart will not open.

Please ensure that the ActivInspire software on both
computers is up to date; the updated software can be downloaded from this
on Promethean Planet, if needed.


If taken to a different computer in the school following that
edit and save, is the same error message presenting when opening the flipchart
there?  In either case, was the file saved
locally to the computer before making the edits or was the file accessed from a
network storage location, a USB drive, or some other external storage device?
