For an issue such
as this, we would recommend contacting
out support team with the serial number of the projector in question.
Depending on the
model of projector in use, we may ask for some additional information from the
projector, and possibly advise of some additional troubleshooting to attempt.
When cleaning the
projector, we would recommend using a small vacuum to remove dust from the intake
vents and any filters in use. Using
compressed air can actually force dust and other small debris further into the
projector, which may either create issues or exacerbate ones already present.
