Hi there,
To help with this issue you are experiencing, please ensure that flash and java are installed and up to date. ActivInspire also using “Flash for other browsers” which can be downloaded by going to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions.
If you are still experiencing issues, you can try to delete your ActivInspire profiles which the default location is: C:UsersusernameDocumentsActiv SoftwareActivInspireMy ResourcesMy Profiles
In this folder, delete the profiles such as “At the board”, this will be reloaded when the ActivInspire software launches up correctly.
