Thank you for your post.

Please check steps below on the ActivBoard:

1 – ensure the USB cable is connected correctly from the computer to the ActivBoard
2 – try a different USB port on the computer
3 – ensure the latest driver is installed. This can be found at http://www.prometheankb.com, article 10902
4 – try a different computer/laptop
