Thanks for posting. I’ve logged this against case number 546156.
You should be fine if you simply remove the software from the original computer. On Windows you can use Add/remove Programs or Programs and Features, depending on the version; on Mac you can use the uninstaller utility in the Applications folder for Activinspire.
If anyone continues to have difficulty from there, they should contact us directly over the phone or via email for further assistance. For you specifically, Peggy, I see that you also contacted us through the knowledgebase and will follow up through that case.
