Thanks for contacting us. The issue may be down to the resolution being used on your laptop. You could try setting your computer to use the extended desktop function (hold the windows key and press P), you can then set that to be a more compatible resolution? If you let us know what ActivBoard model you are using we can suggest compatible resolutions.
