We will need to process this as a warranty case, please ring the Tech Support line with your Projector Serial number.
They will do the troubleshooting with you and advise further steps.
Do make sure the lamp hatch is secure though and this is not what’s causing the issue. If it was working after the lamp replacement, then this would be unlikely, but it never hurts to make sure 🙂
