If the Projector in question presents this behavior after having left the power cable disconnected from the projector for a couple of minutes and after either a spare lamp or a working one borrowed from a different projector of the same model, we would ask that you contact technical support with the unit’s Serial Number (Article 10474 from our Knowledge Base can help you locate that information on the projector) to verify its warranty coverage for a possible replacement of that unit.
