So we can best advise on this issue, please could you provide the version of ActivInspire which is being used? Open ActivInspire and click on help>about to obtain this information. If you are using a version prior to version 2.3 please download and install from http://www.PrometheanPlanet.com.
Also, please ensure that your Java and Flash is up to date.
