I suppose my request is different. (Feel free to place this as a new thread). I have the serial number, product number, and activation key. However, the install does not complete correctly on several MacBook Pros that myself and a colleague worked on diligently. It does not install correctly. Again, IOS 10.4.4. 

Again, I can download it, but it’s not installing the actual application.
