If no devices are showing within the ‘Device Registration’ section of ActivInspire I would recommend upgrading your driver also as you will still be using a previous version if updating ActivInspire within the “Check for updates” section.
Please download the relevant driver by going to http://www.PrometheanKB.com and searching for article 10902. Once this is installed restart ActivInspire and you should be able to re-register your ActivSlate device.
