What version of ActivInspire are you using? You can find this information out by opening ActivInspire and clicking on Help>About.
Does this issue only happen with 1 particular PDF file that you are trying to import? Have you tried importing any other PDF files, if so, do these import?
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of ActivInspire (Currently 2.2 is available). You can download the latest versions from under the ‘Support’ section.
