Is any additional hardware used to make the VGA connection from the computer to the projector (e.g. an Extension cable, a splitter or other adapter, a wallbox)? If so, please try a direct connection from the computer to the VGA ports on the side of the projector.
If no video signal is detected then, please also try connecting a different computer to the projector using the same direct connection.
If still not receiving any video signal then, please reach out to our Technical Support Team with the projector’s serial number.
