    A teacher is trying to update her activ-g and encountered the following problem-

    I began do updates to the OPS on my Promethean Board. After a couple of updates, it has been frozen, even after shutting off the board, unplugging and everything. It is saying there is no SIM card. I am not sure if this is the reason for the issue, but I was able to access it previously and did not change any settings or take out a sim card.

    Any suggestions???

    Thanks for posting.

    The No Sim card message is normal for the home screen for the OPS-G.

    If you swipe up on the ActivPanel, are you then presented with a option to enter a password?

    If any passwords have been set then this can occur.

    If you aren’t sure what the password is, you can follow the instructions below on how to reset this:
