      I have an ActivConnect G that will not show any video.  I can tried different HDMI ports on the board and different cables and all I get is “No Signal.”  I have rebooted the board and the ActivConnect and still nothing.  When I plug the ActivConnect in I get the blue light so I know it is getting power.  Is there anything else I can do to try and recover it?  I looked the the device is still under warranty until August.  Does it need to be replaced?

      Thank you for your post.

      Can you please factory reset the ActivConnect and test. Details of how to perform a reset can be found in article 1712.

      Hi Craig,

      I got all the way to step 3 but then it is supposed to boot into a system menu but I still only see no signal on the screen.

      Is there anything else I can try or how to I open a warranty case to get it fixed/replaced.
