      I cannot get the OPS to work. I’ve tried to reset it followed all of the instructions and it still says No Signal. Even when I try to change the source the OPS stays Green No Matter what I do. In need of some guidance!!!

      To help us identify if the issue is the OPS or the ActivPanel, can you please move the OPS to another unit (if you have one) and confirm if the issue follows the OPS-G.

      I’ve done what you have suggested and still, it doesn’t work.  What are the next steps?
