      Using Active Studio, when I go to use T/F, Y/N etc it just says no Activhub hardware connected?

      Note that we no longer support ActivStudio, as such we suggest that you use ActivInspire.

      If you are already using ActivInspire please confirm details below:

      – what is the model of the ActivHub?
      – what operating system are you using?
      – does the ActivHub work fine with another computer?

      I have discovered that it appears to be my laptop as the 2 hubs will work on another laptop with Active Inspire. Do you know what would be stopping it running, both laptops use Windows 7.

      Hi Bob,

      Could you please tell us the version of ActivInspire you have installed on the PC you are having the issue with? Could you also try and upgrade the firmware of the ActivHub on the working PC and see if that resolves the issue?

      ActivInspire Professional 2.4.66096. I have upgraded the firmware on the hub v5.13 build 0 driver v 5.7.22.1 and still no luck

      Thank you for your post.

      We have spoken to our software team in regards to your issue and they have asked if you could please upgrade your driver version to 5.11.
