On the bottom of the
ActiView , there should be a series of switches and a label on that device showing
their default position. Please ensure
that the switches are set to those default positions, disconnect the all of the
ActiView’s cabling, then reconnect them after about one minute and attempt to
power on and use the ActiView.
If you are still
seeing the same behavior present, please also try using the same cabling with
this device as was used with the working device, if you have not done so

verify its warranty coverage.
