Hi there, I’m hoping to get some advice about Activinspire. I use Activotes with my classes and export results to microsoft excel documents. After a while, this seems to cause Activinspire to crash every time I open it and I am unable to use Activinspire again until the issue has been resolved by IT. Obviously, this is time-consuming for IT and also inconvenient for me, as I can’t deliver my lessons using Activinspire software. Does anyone have any suggestions about why this is happening and how I can prevent it from happening. I love my Activotes and don’t want to stop using them, but this issue is causing me quite a few problems. Many thanks
Do you get any error messages when the software crashes? If you open ActivInspire and click on Help>About, what’s the current version of ActivInspire being used? What does the IT department do to resolve this issue when it happens?
