      Hello,

I’m working with a school that has ActivBoards and full ActiveInspire licence. I’m wanting to install the ActivInspire software on my work laptop (local authority, council laptop). Can you advise if the licence covers me (or if indeed a licence is needed to install the Personal Edition on my laptop so I can view the files they have shared with me?

The documentation with the software download wasn’t clear.

      Many thanks, Lee

      Hello Lee,

      Thank you for your post.

You do not need a license to install the personal version of ActivInspire. The personal version would still allow you to open and share files.

If the school has licensed, they could give you a license key if they have enough. This would depend on how many licenses they have and how many users are already using them.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

      Kind regards,

      Craig
