      I have a new weird problem since the last ActivInspire update. Although the update does now allow me to connect my students through ClassFlow once again, I cannot print flipchart pages, they will only show up VERY SMALL, no matter what the print setting is. Can you help?

      Hi Andrew,

      The issue may be caused by the profile in ActivInspire. can you please delete the profile and create a new profile.

      To delete a profile please click on file > setting and at the top of the box you will see a red X.

      Please try to print again and let us know if the issue persists.

      That did not help the problem, but only caused me to lose my carefully constructed toolbar. Any other suggestions? This is a new problem and only started since the update to 2.6 on my mac.

      Hi,

      Please send us a screenshot of the Print settings.

      When you have the screen up and select print preview, are the images small? Are there several on one page?

      Does this flipchart print fine for other users? Or is it just this user?
      Does it do the same thing on another computer?
      What computer and OS version are you using?
      What are the exact versions of ActivInspire and ActivDriver are installed?
