      We have an Activpanel that is very inconsistent. Touch only works sometimes. Do you have any suggestions? It has not been utilized often because of this.

      Thanks for posting on the Support Community.

      Do you know the model number (not serial number) of this ActivPanel?

      When you mention that touch only works sometimes, is this at the beginning of the day or throughout?

      We recommend the ActivPanel being turned on first before the computer. See if this works and let us know.

      Is the USB cable going directly into the Touch USB ports on the ActivPanel or does this connect through any faceplates or connectivity panels? 
      If so, bypass the faceplates or connectivity panels and go directly to the ActivPanel and see if this behaves any differently.

      Please also let us know if the ActivPanel shows within the ActivManager control panel when you loose the touch interactivity.

      Thanks for your response. It’s actually an ActivWAll, ultra widescreen. There is a connectivity box. There’s not a USB on the panel.

      Hi Awaldron,

      Are you using the ClassFlow Connect device or a computer to connect to the ActivWall? 

      You will need to have the USB cable which comes from the ActivWall connecting to your device, whether this be a computer or the ClassFlow Connect.

      If you bypass the connectivity box, and go direct to either the ClassFlow Connect or laptop/computer, do you still have the touch issues?
