      Good morning,

      Our school bought some ActivePanels, one is showing evidences of malfunction. The company that sold us the equipments suplied this community as the way to ask for Warranty Support. What is the procedure to follow in this situation?

      For warranty support, you are best going to https://support.prometheanworld.com/contact/ and either calling or emailing in with your hardware serial number and any information that you can describe relating to the issue.
