At school, one of the ActivPanels suddenly was not responding to touch and appeared frozen. After trying a few things, the teacher unplugged it and plugged it back in (like a hard reboot). When you turn it on, or wake it up, it asks for a PIN. The teacher never set up a PIN. The company that set it up for the school is not responding to our requests for help.  So, is there a way to reset the panel or is there a generic PIN?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello Patricia,

Is it a OPS-G you are using with your ActivPanel?

This is not an issue we have come across before.

I would try 1,2,3,4 as a guess, but if this does not work please see this guide:

This will reset the OPS-G an clear it from any pin lock.

    Thank you.
