      I recently got my actianel with the activconnect hub. I was learning how it works and pressed the sleep mode or rest mode button on it. Now my activpannel is with a black screen and the blue power light is on. I have tried unplugging it to see if it would reset but it stays the day when I plug it back in. I’ve tried the remote and all the buttons on the panel but nothing seems to work. Is there a reboot I can do to fix the problem.

      This issue requires some trouble shooting to resolve.
