      Within the last week, ActivManager has lost the connection to the board.  Running on a Mac using 10.10.5 with ActivManager 5.11.7 and Activinsppire 2.4.66096.  Have unplugged and replugged everything in the board – the board beeps but continue to receive message: “board not found”

      Thanks for posting!

      Can you please confirm the version of Mac OS you are running? If you are running El Capitan then you will need to update to both the latest version of ActivInspire and ActivDriver.

      To download the latest versions, please go to support.prometheanworld.com and scroll down to the “Software Downloads” section.
