Boa tarde,

Liguei uma câmara com captação de imagem e som ao activepanel. Contudo só capta a imagem o som não capta. Quando fazemos uma video conferencia pelo meet a imagem transmite bem mas o som não chega à outra pessoa. Como resolver isto? Obrigada

Do you only have issues when using Google Meet? Does the panel have sound issues when playing YouTube videos or audio files?

Good afternoon,

The model is the ActivPanel i-Series connected to the ActivConnect G-Series and the Logitech C930e webcam. Using goole meet does not send sound.

Can you confirm if the webcam sends sound if you use Google Meet without the ActivPanel? Does the webcam have its own mic?

I used the webcam at google meet without ActivPanel and sends the sound. The webcam has its own microphone.
