      When I select the Screen Recording or the Camera Tool the screen resolution changes and even when you select the area to cover the whole of your screen you are not actually covering the whole screen as it is not all visisble.

      – what is the version of ActivInspire?
      – what is your operating system?
      – do you have the same issue with another computer?

      Miguel, I’m having the same problem. I have activinspire version 2.4.66096. I have a macbook pro 13″ retina operating system: 10.11.2. And I don’t have the same issue with other computers… Any suggestions?

      Hi Sharon,  

      Currently Mac OS 10.11 El Capitan is not supported in ActivInspire, This is likely what is causing the issue.  We are working on a fully supported version which will be released soon so please keep checking https://support.prometheanworld.com/ for updates.
