Each time I try to import a ppt either as object or picture I am prompted by this error message. Even when I follow the steps to restart, I keep getting this message.

What version number of ActivInspire do you have installed? This will be shown in “About” section under the “Help” tab.
Also, what operating system if your PC running please?
I am running version 2.22.69367 on windows 10 education

Can’t seem to recreate this issue from our side.
Is it a particular ppt file you are having trouble with?
Have you tried with other files or even a brand new test ppt file?
Thanks for your help. I have found now if allow the ‘V2 configuration’ and then cancel it will import ppts as either images or objects.
