      Hi Cameron Struyk,

Thanks for posting on the Support Community.

The WIFI module is packaged separatetly for the ActivPanel Elements, have you connected this to the ActivPanel?

If so, please ensure that this is in the correct way and that the screw hole positions line up.

If you still aren’t able to get this working, please restart your ActivPanel and try again, as the ActivPanel will need a restart if you have made any changes to the WIFI module.

Have you tested another WIFI module that is working on another Titanium, on this ActivPanel?

      Thanks
      Adam

I have the same issue on a brand new out of the box Titanium.  WiFi module seems to be a lemon.

      Hi Darel,

      Thank you for your post.

When you say the WiFi module seems to be a lemon, what exactly is the issue?

Please ensure you have connected the WiFi module to the Panel.

This installation guide may help: https://inspire.activsoftware.co.uk/support/TP-3012-ML-V02%20UPDATED%2025-01-19.pdf

If the issue persists please try a different WiFi module and a different network ensuring to power off the Panel before making any changes.

      We hope this helps.

      Kind regards,

      Kate

Thank you for the speedy reply.  Yes, I had already read those suggestions and all to no avail.  The module is indeed defective and I am in the process of filing a warranty claim.

I posted my situation here in the hopes that I missed something.

        Hi,

I have the same problem – wi-fi can not be turned on. The module is properly inserted.

Unfortunately I have only one module and active board and can not test with another.  What can we do?
