Schools state that when they try logging in through the Active Inspire software they get an error that “cookie options were not set correctly”. They have added classflow to the cookies exceptions, but still get same message.
If you are referring to an issue with logging in to the ClassFlow website, please close and re-open your web browser after clearing cache and cookies, try using a different web browser to access the website, and try connecting the computer to a different network before accessing the ClassFlow Site. If none of those steps help with this issue, please let us know.
If you are able to log into the ClassFlow website, but some other issue presents, please refer that issue to the ClassFlow Community, who will be better able to assist with that issue.
