      internet errordate and timeHello,

       

      When I shut my Promethean board down the date resets to January 3, 2037.  This is a problem as teachers are not able to connect to the board wirelessly or use the internet at the board.  I tried disabling the automatic date and time but it goes back to the same time. I’ve updated the board and nothing fixes the issue.  Is there a fix for this?

      To better assist you with the issue reported, could you please confirm what model of ActivPanel you have and if there are any computing modules connected to it, such as an ActivConnect G series?

      If the issue is with the connected device, we recommend you try to reset it and see if that persists. This article provides the relevant instructions: https://support.prometheanworld.com/article/1546/.

      Are you able to access other websites normally or do you get this error message only when opening YouTube?
