      Hello! We have several older Promethean products (ABV378PRO, ActiView, ActivExpression). We recently upgraded most of our PC’s to Windows 11, but all these devices isn’t working when connected with those PC’s. Is this because Win 11? Is Win 11 doesn’ t support these anymore? When we get back to Win 10 everything is working again.

      Please describe the issue you are seeing – is the board not listed in the hardware tab of the ActivManager?  Is there no touch?

      What version of ActivDriver is running on the connected computer(s)?  You can check this per the information in the following helpful article on our support portal:  https://support.prometheanworld.com/s/article/1012?language=en_US

      Also, what version of ActivInspire is running on the computer(s)?  If assistance is needed in locating the information, please see the following link:  https://support.prometheanworld.com/s/article/1070?language=en_US

      Hello Karen! Yes, the board isn’t listed in hardware section. At the beginning we thought it was driver’s issue, but no. We use Activdriver 1.18.19. and Activinspire 2.22.
